Frampton leads the firm’s day-to-day brokerage practice, with a focus on land, investment sales, and hospitality sales across South Carolina. Based in Charleston, he represents landowners, developers, national homebuilders, hotel operators and developers, restaurant brands, and 1031 investors — built around a discipline of staying ahead of the development curve.

A 2011 graduate of Wofford College and a native South Carolinian, he brings nearly a decade of brokerage experience and a background in government and finance — with relationships extending into state and federal policy circles — that informs how he reads municipal dynamics, capital markets, and shifts in the regulatory landscape. He pairs that depth with Morris CIRE, the firm’s in-house artificial intelligence platform, to deliver institutional-grade analysis on every engagement. He serves on the Heritage Trust Advisory Board.

Drew brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience advising clients across the Carolinas. Based in Charleston since 2017 and licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, he specializes in investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, and advisory services across industrial, office, retail, flex, and multifamily assets.

A CCIM designee since 2001, Drew has served at the national level of the CCIM Institute — including on its Board of Directors from 2017-2022. He previously founded and led commercial brokerage firms in North Carolina before relocating to the Lowcountry. He pairs decades of transaction experience with modern market analytics through Morris CIRE. The firm uses a proprietary market intelligence platform to deliver sharper insight and a forward-looking approach to maximize value for our clients.

Oliver leads the technology and security architecture behind Morris CIRE, the firm's proprietary artificial intelligence platform. He brings more than 20 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and risk management, with senior cybersecurity leadership roles at two of the largest financial institutions in the United States — including Vice President posts running cyber data risk, vendor security architecture, and enterprise risk and policy management.

A CISSP-certified security professional and a graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, Oliver applies the same standards used to protect institutional financial data to the proprietary information Morris clients entrust to the firm.
